Uber is using push notifications aids on its app

Many users have complained about the push notifications on the Uber app.

Uber is sending unrelated information to its users on its Uber app with the help of push notifications.

Uber has confirmed that it is working on an in-app advertising experience.

But sending push notifications to users while interacting with Uber is clearly not an in-app experience.

Uber explained that this was a "limited trial" and users can choose from within the privacy settings of the Uber app.
