How to see heart rate zones on Apple Watch and iPhone

1. Make sure you're running watchOS 9 on Apple Watch and your date of birth is also entered in the Health app on iPhone

2. One thing to keep in mind is that you must be running watchOS 9 on your Apple Watch and have entered your date of birth in the Health app.

3. Start a cardio-focused workout like a run or cycling (Apple hasn’t shared exactly which workout types include heart rate zones except for “cardio-focused” ones

4. After this, swipe down the screen, there you will see the heart rate.

1. After a workout, head to the Fitness app on iPhone to see heart rate zone data

2. Select the workout from the main summary of the mobile and you will see everything there.

3. Once you’ve picked a workout, swipe down until you see Heart Rate, tap Show More
