Sony will launch a new PlayStation next year in the form of PlayStation VR2 on February 22, 2023. This sense controller will come with the feature of charging station.
Features of PlayStation VR2
The new PS VR2 will get Sense technology that includes eye tracking, 3D audio, and adaptive triggering as well as haptic feedback from the headset’s Sense controllers to provide an immersive gaming experience.
Apart from this, the new headset will get video format in High Dynamic Range (HDR) of 4000 x 2040, with a range of 2000 x 2040 per eye. According to the company, this range will enable players to experience the next generation of gaming.
Sony said in one of its blogposts, ‘We have carefully designed the PS VR2 headset. It will be slightly thinner and lighter in design than our previous headset. We are expecting more than 20 titles at the time of launch.
PlayStation VR2 Pricing and Availability
The company will launch Sony PlayStation VR2 for $ 549.99 in Indian currency at a price of around Rs 45,595. The headset will be available for pre-order on PlayStation Direct starting November 15 in the UK, US, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
